Holly Nuttall

Founder & Clinical Director · Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Holly is a Speech and Language Therapist with extensive experience across adult and paediatric practice. Since qualifying in 2006, she has specialised in neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s, and dementia, while also supporting children with Speech Sound and Developmental Language Disorders. Her career spans hospitals and community settings, and she currently serves as Acute Stroke Clinical Lead within a large NHS Trust. Holly has also held senior roles in the NHS and charitable sector, focusing on clinician development and training. In 2023, she founded Generation Therapies, a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to delivering evidence-based, personalised therapy and training for adults, children, and professional teams.

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist · Clinical Lead for Hertfordshire

Jami specialises in stroke and traumatic brain injury, providing person-centred therapy for communication and swallowing difficulties across the NHS stroke pathway. She also supports primary-aged children with speech and language needs, using dynamic approaches and working closely with families and schools. Since 2024, Jami has led the Generation Therapies in Hertfordshire, offering in-person and virtual appointments across Hertfordshire and North London.

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist · Clinical Lead for Scotland

Jillian specialises in ENT work, supporting people with head and neck cancer and voice disorders through assessment and personalised therapy after ENT review. She also works with adults living with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and progressive conditions including MND and Parkinson’s. With experience across English and Scottish NHS services, Jillian joined Generation Therapies in 2025 and is based in Dumfries & Galloway and Glasgow, also offering virtual appointments elsewhere.

Since joining Generation Therapies, Alex has partnered with clients to build lasting health and a more fulfilling life.
